Hello and Welcome! My name is Ashley Thayn and I am a occupational therapist, massage therapist of 25 years, and certified lymphedema therapist since 2019. ​I offer both mobile in-home appointments directly to your home or in-office appointments.  

 

I specialize in applying medical grade Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Myofascial Release, and Scar Tissue Remodeling to support the body in:

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, therapeutic, medical grade approach designed to support the body in reducing swelling and edema, boost the immune system, detoxify and cleanse, provide pain and inflammation relief, and improve immune function and circulation and make the body more comfortable in the healing process.

Myofascial Release is applied at the correct intensity and stages of recovery to release scar tissue, pain and improve mobility and posture by addressing restriction in the fascia - the connective tissue of the body.

Scar Tissue Remodeling is a therapeutic approach that restores fascial tissue by gently improving texture, normal movement, and function to areas affected by injury, surgery, radiation, or postural imbalances.
